Please Help Charlie

Charlie was tied up overnight to a car bumper. The next morning, the people that reportedly owned both dog and car, started the vehicle forgetting the animal was tied up to it.

According to witness, several people tried to call the driver’s attention, as the dog was failing to keep up with the moving car. Charlie was dragged. At one point, another vehicle blocked the car dragging Charlie, attempting to finally making him stop. It was until then, that the so called “owners” untied Charlie and left him to die bloodied and in horrible pain.

A kind person reached out to us for help. We saw the video and heard the story, and we had to act fast in order to save him. Charlie is now at our trusted vet, NVC-Nederland,TX. (409) 254 6682 He is receiving skin grafts, laser treatments, and an endless array of treatments to deal with his pain as a result of the horrific ordeal he barely survived.
